Recovery & Rehab Centre is our newest addition to PhysioXtra Marion and parallels the individualised, comprehensive rehabilitation programs that are our speciality.
The Recovery & Rehab Centre is a state of the art facility furnished with modern and strength and conditioning equipment that delivers evidence based solutions and science backed remedies to improve peak performance, sports injury recovery and prevent recurring incidents.
We diagnose with expertise and intention to develop a program that has elite athletes recover and rehab back into full performance mode faster. The science behind our intentions is a key contributor to reducing future injury risk.

Kathryn Chigwidden
Founder and Director of PhysioXtra
As head physiotherapist for Adelaide Thunderbirds for 8 years, and currently overseeing the services provided to our sporting organisations, Kath is all about accurate assessment, tactical treatment and enduring results.
Leading the team of motivated and skilled therapists, Kath developed the 30minute treatment solution that sees PhysioXtra as an industry leader. The ‘Xtra’ is found, not just in the team’s extensive training in general musculoskeletal and sports injuries, but their experience in state and national representative teams.
