It’s that little bit Xtra that makes all the difference.
The team at PhysioXtra are all about returning your movement – pain free and back into life or on the sports field–fast.
We offer same day 30 minute appointments. That’s an industry leading standard, and our commitment to high patient care doesn’t stop there. Our skilled team of physiotherapists combine hands on treatment with lasting results.
PhysioXtra are easily accessible in 6 locations around Adelaide and Victor Harbor. Our clinics are a collaboration of Adelaide’s most experienced physiotherapists, podiatrists and masseuses with access to industry leading rehabilitation and pilates equipment. Using exercise based rehabilitation programs, soft tissue work, dry needling and sound advice to get your body back to peak performance.
Since 1996 we’ve fine tuned our methods using joint mobilisation and manipulation, muscle stretches, neural mobilisation, and massage to achieve long-term strength, endurance and mobility.
In 2004, Founder Kath Chigwidden won the Telstra Business Women’s Award in the Westpac Group Business Owners category, and PhysioXtra has since won many Local Business Awards over the years.
Alongside Co-Director Kevin Whitford, the success of PhysioXtra has achieved rapid growth and industry leadership in Physiotherapy.
