Megan le Clercq has been a physiotherapist since 2022 and became a lymphoedema therapist in 2023 after completing a world-renowned course at Macquarie University in Sydney. She was then trained by the highly skilled Lucy Melican in Lipoedema management, and they are working together to provide a holistic and validating experience for women with Lipoedema. Megan loves understanding pathologies from a molecular prescriptive and excels in patient education. Megan endeavours to provide a compassionate environment for women to seek validation and comfort during treatment.
Megan is a member of the Australian Lymphoedema Association (ALA) and the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA)

Leah Collins – Master of Physiotherapy (Grad entry) & Lymphoedema/Lipoedema Accredited Therapist

Leah has been a physiotherapist since 2022 and has recently completed the ALERT lymphoedema training course at Macquarie University. She has since been mentored by Lucy Mellican in the diagnosis and treatment of lipodema. She works collaborate with her patients to manage their swelling based symptoms by finding her patients the best treatment and lifestyle modifications for them. Her background as a physio also makes her highly trained in managing pain. She offers treatment techniques including manual lymphatic drainage, low-level laser, measurements for compression garments, intermittent pneumatic compression therapy, lifestyle advice and appropriate exercise.

Camberwell, Melbournce
Lucy Melican, a physiotherapist since 1991, became a lymphoedema therapist in 2007. Predominantly treating lymphoedema and lipoedema, Lucy has used laser therapy since 2006 – based in her Camberwell clinic since 2016 – for the treatment of inflammation and pain.
Lucy was an invited speaker at the 2018 and 2022 Lipoedema conferences and was part of a ‘think tank’ for the development of lipoedema protocols. She is experienced in the diagnosis and management of lymphoedema and lipoedema.
Lucy is a member of the Australian Lymphoedema Association (ALA), the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and National Lymphoedema Practitioners Registry (NLPR) and a member of the board of Lipoedema Australia.

Tabitha Webb, Physiotherapist (BAppSc) & Lipoedema/Lymphoedema therapist.

Tabitha graduated from her Physiotherapy Degree through the University of Sydney in 2009. She has worked in Public Hospital, Private Gynaecology, and Private Practice settings since in Syndey, Canberra, and now in Victor Harbor.
Since 2015 Tabitha has undergone extensive training in pelvic health physiotherapy through Womens Health Training Associates, The Continence Foundation of Australia, and Phoenix Australia among others. She has been practicing in the field since. This informs her approach for post-cancer, lymphoedema and lipoedema therapy.
Tabitha underwent training in Lymphoedema Therapy and achieved her Level 3 Certificate In Lymphoedema Therapy through The Doctor Vodder Academie and Moving Lymoh in Melbourne in 2022. She continues to develop her clinical knowledge and skill with ongoing professional development courses through The Australiasian Lymphology Association (ALA), the ALERT program at Macquarie University, Sydney and with her mentors, Lucy Melican in Melbourne and Megan LeClercq, PhysioXtra. She is an Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner through the Australasian Lymphology Association and is registered on the National Lymphoedema Practitioner Register.
