HICAPS – fast claims on the spot!

Physiotherapy is covered under the ancillary cover of your private health insurance. On the spot processing is available through hicaps for most health funds so you only need to pay the gap.

EFTPOS

Credit Card

Payment is required at the time of consultation.

Veterans affairs
Veteran Affairs require gold card or white card for specific conditions plus referral.

WorkCover
WorkCover claims are billed directly to work cover.

Compulsory Third Party
Compulsory Third Party claims are billed directly to the insurer after the claim has been accepted.

Medicare
Patients with complex and chronic conditions may be covered by medicare for up to 5 physiotherapy consultations. Patients must be referred by their GP and require and Enhanced Primary Care Plan from their GP to the bought to the initial consultation.
