Kevin Whitford (Director of  PhysioXtra Norwood)
Kevin has been a Director of PhysioXtra since 1996. He has seen considerable growth from the company and now oversees the WorkXtra OHS&W & Aged Care Facility.

Kevin has successfully completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy, a Masters of Applied Science in Manipulative Physiotherapy (1993) and a Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy (1985). Further to his own academic achievements he is an Educator at The University of South Australia; Postgraduate Musculoskeletal and Sports Program.

Kevin has been the head physiotherapist for the Adelaide Crows since 1992 and has over 20 years' experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Along with Kath Chigwidden, Kevin has been instrumental in the development of workplace based interventions for Injury Prevention and Management using the theories trialled and tested in the elite sports field. Implementing this at the Adelaide Football Club has been highly successful and has seen a substantial decrease to soft tissue injuries over the last 6 seasons.
