The Adelaide practice has a long history specializing in upper limb rehabilitation, working closely with orthopedic surgeons, particularly Dr Malcolm Wicks with pre and post operation treatment management. Whilst the team are highly trained in upper limb injuries they also provide physiotherapy for any of your other ailments along with Pilates and Hydrotherapy classes.  

The South Terrace location is perfect for people who live or work in the CBD with the ease of parking or a nice walk from the city centre.

Adam Twelftree (PhysioXtra Adelaide Director)
Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2003 and has been working with PhysioXtra ever since. He became a director at PhysioXtra Adelaide in 2008 and in 2011 opened the PhysioXtra South Coast branch with Matthew Luker. Adam has a specific interest in sports physiotherapy and has covered teams such as Glenelg and Norwood football clubs in the SANFL and state basketball teams. He also has extensive experience in physiotherapy within the aged care setting.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys playing sports, travelling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
