Since that time along with Co-Director Kevin Whitford their vision and leadership has enabled the company to achieve rapid growth and become a leader within the Physiotherapy profession. Today there are 6 clinics in and around metropolitan Adelaide and the South Coast.
The success of the business was recognised in 2004 when Kath won the Telstra Business Women's Award in the Westpac Group Business Owners category, whilst also winning numerous Local Business Awards over the years.
The evolution of the business continues with the recent opening of a state of the art, purpose built practice at 724 Marion Road, Marion. This facility allows the team at PhysioXtra to provide an even higher level of outstanding patient care. After all, "It's that little bit 'Xtra' that makes all the difference!".
PhysioXtra now offers a complete Sport Injury Service by bringing together some of Adelaide's most experienced sports medicine doctors, physiotherapists, podiatrist and masseuse with a fully equipped rehabilitation and pilates gym and personal trainer. It's a one stop Sports Injury Clinic working together to achieve positive outcomes for patients.
